Laura has been helping me for a few years now and I have made incredible mental progress. She has helped me so much with my trauma, anxiety, and even just present challenges I may face. Wonderful psychologist!!!
If I could give my experience a 0 star I would. I have never felt so ashamed and uncomfortable talk to someone in a 15 minute consultation. I felt the same way as the other person who rated this woman as a 1 start. She made me feel bad for the issues that I had, made me feel like she really didn't have the time to deal with me, and made feel overall stupid. I've seen Laura for almost a year now, very compassionate, accommodating - offers teletherapy.
I was referred to Laura so I called to make an appointment. When I summarized my situation (nothing extreme), she said that she would need to see me at least a few times a week, and did not have time in her schedule to help me. Really??? Not only did she refuse treatment without knowing me, but she made me feel terrible for the issues I deal with. Super disappointing.
