The building that is absolutely spotless throughout. Looks brand new everywhere.. Sauna and gym is always spotless. Property isvery well maintained indoor and out. Management very professional, kind, and caring. I highly recommend this. apartment complex for great living experience. All that’s missing is a pool lol.
My husband and l have lived at Laura Secord Apartments for 4 years now, and have loved every minute of it (as do our dog and cat). It is an extremely well-kept building with a beautiful Social Room, modern Laundry Facilities and Storage lockers. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and any requests l've ever made were attended to almost immediately. When we decided we wanted a larger apartment, we chose to stay here and moved down the hall. I highly recommend Laura Secord Apartments!
This building is exclusively for seniors aged 50 and above. We had booked a visit, but unfortunately, we were unaware of this fact. Before visiting, please confirm the age status of residents in this rental building.
I filled out an application and Georgina gave me a tour. I am very happy with what I saw. I asked Georgina to keep my application on file as I am still looking and at the time of my tour, April 7, 2025, no units were available. I will continue looking for a place that fits my requirements. She gave me all the information I needed and suggested two other apartment buildings but they are not what I am looking for. Well done Georgina! Kudos for your help but I am still looking. Thanks, sincerely Raymond.
Great building, excellent management skills by Georgina and husband, friendly atmosphere in building. Comfortable and quiet. Overall a great experience.
