This building is exclusively for seniors aged 50 and above. We had booked a visit, but unfortunately, we were unaware of this fact. Before visiting, please confirm the age status of residents in this rental building.
I filled out an application and Georgina gave me a tour. I am very happy with what I saw. I asked Georgina to keep my application on file as I am still looking and at the time of my tour, April 7, 2025, no units were available. I will continue looking for a place that fits my requirements. She gave me all the information I needed and suggested two other apartment buildings but they are not what I am looking for. Great building, excellent management skills by Georgina and husband, friendly atmosphere in building. Comfortable and quiet. Overall a great experience.
Today my wife and I visited these apartments and were helped by Georgina. Even though we didn't have an appointment she showed us the building and gave us tons of information. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building and premises were clean and neat and hopefully we can get the opportunity to live there in the future. Thank you Mario and Joanne
