Today my wife and I visited these apartments and were helped by Georgina. Even though we didn't have an appointment she showed us the building and gave us tons of information. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building and premises were clean and neat and hopefully we can get the opportunity to live there in the future. Thank you Mario and Joanne

One of the nicest buildings in the city. Slightly over-priced tho for the 55+ fixed income folks they cater to but can't be perfect! Moving from a bungalow here has not been anywhere as traumatic as it could have been, thanks to t the great neighbours & community in Laura Secord Apartments!
Beautiful units: large , clean but I got lost in the very long & winding halls!
Ok, so they are patching up cracks in the walls, the building is old--don't let the outside fool you. No AC in the lobby or hallways. The majority of people are seniors--so I think they should have AC in the lobby. The new intercom system doesn't work well--it's loud until you start talking to the tenant--then they are so quiet you can barely hear anything.
