Having read other comments, I can tell that Dr Collins has changed a lot since 2012. Yes, she is positive, cheerful, nice, etc. However, she was always in a hurry, which made me very uncomfortable in my monthly check-ups. In each visit during my pregnancy, she didn't stay in the room for more than a minute, seriously! I have done prenatal care and delivery with dr Collins. She knows what she is doing but she does not let the patient know much. One word is enough. It is always a 30 second conversation with her and she is dancing at the door ready to leave. She did her job at delivery and disappeared, there was no chance to ask her anything. 6 weeks appointment was very brief, did not answer questions. I found Dr. Collins to be very cheerful all the time, but got very serious when you asked a question. Maybe she was just trying to be professional, but it often felt like she didn't like some of my questions. She was nice, but I did feel like she was eager to get through everything and on to the next appointment. I won't mind going to her again, but I'm also exploring other options. Despite nine months of prenatal care, I never really felt bonded to her as my physician.
Dr. Collins is such a cheerful and friendly soul! She is helpful in answering any questions you have and agreed that she doesn't just run out as soon as possible! She was very helpful and informative each visit I had with her in both of my pregnancies! I've also met her and her family out and about at the park and I'll say she's the same person in office and out of the office! So sweet and friendly!
Dr. Armstrong is best doctor I have ever had. He explains in great detail in a language that the common person can understand. He has performed two surgeries on me and totally changed my life. I will go back to him if needed and will have no problem recommending his services to any in need.
She is so helpful and nice. It was one of the best experiences at a doctor i've ever had! I felt like she really cared about my situation!
Best Bedside manner of any doctor I have had in Oklahoma or Arkansas! Answered every question with an explanation. Overall very knoweldgeable and friendly!
I was a patient of Dr. Armstrong's back in 2002 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He did Surgery on my C5 SCI(Spinal Cord Injury) after a car accident. He always stayed positive on my results and of me being able to walk again. Even after he was no longer required to check in on me he still took time out to come see how I was doing and the progress I was making. I had over 10+ doctors and he was and still is my favorite. He is the best doctor in my opinion to be doing surgery on anyone.
Sge is amazing & willing to chat as well as answer all your questions, she is never quick to run out of the room. Love her!
