Terrible people! Did surgery on my husband's neck in 2020 They cut his neck from the front and shaved the bone spurs and straightened his neck with wedges and plates and screws. His neck is nothing but plastic and metal. He is in serious pain today that brings him to tears! He can't raise his arm above his head! He has called numerous times trying to see Dr Armstrong but they want him to see his PA Candace Harper $35 then get mri $100 then come back $35 he said NO I don't like her! I love Dr. Collins. She is a great Doctor, full of compassion, to the point and there for her patients. She is quick but the times I have had questions or concerns she has been there to spend time answering my questions and has always gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goal of pregnancy.
I had a great experience with Dr. Collins helping me through my pregnancy. She doesn’t spend a ton of time in the room, but she definitely gives you the opportunity to ask questions if you have any concerns. It’s also the most punctual drs office i’ve been to.
Dr. Armstrong is the man you want doing your neurological surgery. He's an experienced and highly skilled Neurosurgeon. You can also tell that he's a good guy who you'll be able to trust ...good combination when you can find it! As a bonus, you'll have his great nursing staff looking after you. Good doctor with horrible practice! Refused to see me again after I questioned why his PA called me a "she", talked about my bowels and kidneys (at a neurosurgeon's office?) , said I fell at home, not work, etc. Dr. Armstrong refused to see me again on 7-11-17 after an appointment was confirmed! Waited for over an hour!
I started going to Dr. collins last year. I thought "wow I have finally found a gyno that takes the time and listenings". Well this past visit I am no longer staying here. I went in with concerns about my fibroids on my uterus and my not having menstrual cycle for over 3 years. My exam was rushed, she didn't take the time to answer my concerns. Even when I asked about my fibroids and cancer she acted like there is no problem. So she did a blood test to see if I was now menopausal. all they do is call me and say yes you are. ... read more
Do not expect to be listened to if you got to Herhealth for care, I left because my concerns were not being heard and they were not offering any treatments. She seems very knowledgeable, but she literally runs in and out of the room and does not give you a chance to say anything.
She was wonderful as my OBGYN but was no help at all in the postpartum care department. The staff just kept saying "bless your heart" and no one actually helped me with my postpartum issues. She was great during the pregnancy. She answered questions. She reassured me but after the baby, it's like they didn't care at all.
Extremely kind and takes time with patients. Dr. Armstrong is very compassionate and an excellent surgeon. He is very respected in our community and treated my family so well.
