We were very dissatisfied with our agent Dave. So dissatisfied with his communication and half truths that I reached out twice to Laura the owner as well as Ali another broker in the office. After speaking with his boss the decision to not have him be part of the closing was agreed on. Ali stepped in and was very easy to reach and communicate with. Ali also was at closing as our representative. Thank you Ali and Laura for working with us to make a bad issuebmuch better.

Sherry Burkett was great to work with, she worked around our schedule. And even made the time to show us a house on the 4th of july, and draw up a contract. The Gilott Team made buying our first house less stressful, and easy leading us through each step.

The Entire Team @ Laura Guillot Real Estate was Fabulously Professional, eager to help in anyway they could Genuinely Empathetic to Our needs and want. They provided Services for our use, that went above and beyond. This services were: loaning the use of a 20 ft. covered trailer to move our belongings, NO CHARGE. Offering any cleaning, landscaping, trimming, window washing, and there was a lot more I can't remember. Laura and her team hold the highest level of professionalism in the realty industry. In the last few months they they listed and sold 3 of my properties . They checked in with me no less than 3 times weekly and were quick to respond to all of my calls.
