We were very dissatisfied with our agent Dave. So dissatisfied with his communication and half truths that I reached out twice to Laura the owner as well as Ali another broker in the office. After speaking with his boss the decision to not have him be part of the closing was agreed on. Ali stepped in and was very easy to reach and communicate with.
