Very friendly and down to earth with speaking to my child (the patient)
Our appointment was at 7:30am but the doctor didn't come in until 8:30 after I had to go search for someone to ask how long the wait would be. We chose an early appointment because I had to go to work and my daughter is only 2 so long waits for visits are difficult. They also brought a student in without asking which normally I wouldn't mind but my daughter was already acting up a bit due to the timing so I would have appreciated the choice. Overall the doc was nice but the visit definitely could have been better.
Dr. Piippo took fantastic care of our 20 month old when he had a clogged tear duct that never resolved. Very kind and professional.
