(Update2): My latest visit was amazing. My hygienist Nico was stellar with creating the perfect crown. Such a happy and positive person. Dr. Dave was professional and personable. I think I'll stay. Thank you guys. (UPDATE): I was finally able to conclude my visit. Nice people, added a 3rd star for effort, but I will be looking for a new dentist. I count on reviews heavily to make my choices.
