I’ve done guided meditation and acupuncture with Laura. She is amazing. I was a little nervous going in as it was my first experience with both. She immediately put my mind at ease. I left feeling relaxed after each session. The acupuncture helped my neck and shoulder tension. I will definitely go back to her!
