Too many good things to say. Mrs Laura took an otherwise daunting process and turned it into a familiar experience. She was patient, punctual and professional. On the rare occasions there were any hiccups (expectedly), she delivered prompt and concise communication. As cliche as it sounds: I had a vision and she made it a reality. Highly recommended
