UPDATE: any time you call the office, it’s about a ~45 minute wait.. absolutely ridiculous. As many of the other reviews state, Dr. Laura's bedside manner was not great. I feel like I was expressing my concerns and she wasn't listening and just told me essentially my concerns weren't valid. I felt like I was talking to a wall. The office staff is extremely rude and cranky. They want you to show up 30-45 minutes early before your appointment to fill out paperwork that takes ~10 minutes. I’m not sure what’s going on with this office but I came in for a PCP visit in October and instead of submitting a claim to my insurance they sent me a bill for $475 and will not answer any phone calls from me or my insurance provider. I tried calling several times and am not getting any response!
