Dr Williams Wayne is a great PCP. She listened to my needs, promptly ordered blood work and other tests. She called me to discuss results very quickly. It is helpful to make appointments using the portal- the staff contacted me through the portal to remind me to do so.
Doctor doesn't give you the lab order — sends it straight to the lab next door without asking. Turns out that lab is out-of-network and I got a $220 bill. Do you just not care about your patients' money? Never coming back.
Dr W-W is always comforting, kind, and caring. Her vast knowledge and thorough approach engender deep trust. Her gentle personality puts you at ease, feeling safe to share whatever is concerning you. My husband and I both give her the highest recommendation possible.

UPDATE: any time you call the office, it’s about a ~45 minute wait.. absolutely ridiculous. As many of the other reviews state, Dr. Laura's bedside manner was not great. I feel like I was expressing my concerns and she wasn't listening and just told me essentially my concerns weren't valid. I felt like I was talking to a wall. The office staff is extremely rude and cranky. They want you to show up 30-45 minutes early before your appointment to fill out paperwork that takes ~10 minutes.
