told a terrified college freshman with crippling anxiety (could not go a different route to class from normal and refused to leave her room) that she just needed to get her drivers license and travel. also repeatedly discussed another patient and their issues with said girl. also wait times? ridiculous. usually for depaola herself to even get there. -the terrified college freshman who did wind up getting her license and moving away after graduation... no thanks to depaola.
Dr DePaola, today you told my husband, who is a Marine Corps veteran struggling with severe depression, that he didn't have a reason to be depressed after having met him for only a few minutes and knowing nothing about him.
