This jeweler was full of promises and inconsistent follow through. I felt like they always wanted to say what I wanted to hear, but couldn't come through in time and on the price they had led me to believe would be a possibility. I was given a rough estimate for a wedding band that was misleadingly low; every date they set for a computer image, wax, and ring pick-up was changed.
