Dr. Leon is the kindest doctor I have ever met. She always went above and beyond to help me and always made me feel listened to, which is something that doesn’t really happen with most other doctors I’ve seen. She never made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much time. I moved away from the area and won’t be able to have her as my doctor anymore, but I’m really grateful for the compassion and empathy she showed me.
Doctor Leon was able to find my husband's heart issues in which what other doctor could not find. I'm always grateful to have her as our family doctor. I'm really happy that I was able to switch back to the insurance that would allow us to see her.
I would not recommend this doctor at all. If you’re looking for a caring physician who listens to you and genuinely cares about your health, I suggest staying away from her. It felt like she thought she was above her patients and that we were there just to pay her, not to be heard.
I had the distinct pleasure of working as a nurse with Dr. Leon during her residency and WOW- what an exceptional human and doctor. Not only is she highly knowledgeable and efficient but she has an approachable bedside manner that nurses and patients alike enjoy being around. She will undoubtedly do good for her community for many years to come and I would recommend her as a physician to loved ones and strangers alike. Certainly pay her a visit and see for yourself!
