Low availability, Dismissive. I always felt that I wasn't taken seriously. The pomelo software is also flakey. Not horrible though. I just wanted better care. The difficulty in getting in touch is frustrating. The office closes for weeks frequently. I wanted to pay my yearly account fee but they were closed for 2 weeks. Then I couldn't get through on the phone. Even with our medical system being taxed the difficulty and apathy encouraged me to find another clinic. Which I did.
Dr. Laura Lawson is very caring and thorough, yet also efficient. An online health portal allows easy access to our appointment info, and quick responses by Kathleen and team make it a great resource for non urgent requests. We also love the historic and walkable location with modern amenities.
