I love Dr. Larch. I have been seeing her for about 5 years and mom has seen her much longer, and we both think she is amazing. She listens to your needs and works to find a resolution. She doesn't dismiss what you are saying and she really wants to help. She is quick to get to the next appointment, but she doesn't leave until you have finished talking to her and decisions are made. My provider is the best clark memorial on the other hand are terrible. Unable to contact anyone at the facility. Do not return call at all or too late to resolve issue. Phone system is very unrealistic to navigate and cause delays in medical treatments and care making it difficult to coordinate my own care
