As a first time home buyer and as someone new to San Francisco, I was pretty nervous going into the process of shopping for a home and navigating different neighborhood dynamics within the city. But with the help of Laura, I was able to quickly learn which neighborhoods best fit my lifestyle and what to look out for when purchasing an older home. Amazing experience working with Laura on selling our family condo in San Francisco. She was there every step of the way; hand holding us through renovation, repainting, fixing misc issues so we could get the best sale price. Her listing strategy also helped us to get multiple offers with a great price ABOVE our purchase price (when all other condos in SF were selling for a loss). Laura did a great job for us in a challenging real estate market. Even though our house had a great location and many nice features, it did not "fly off the shelf". She was very diligent and tenacious in conducting showing after showing, until serious buyers were found.
