Have been treating with Dr Schroeder for 12 years currently. Has always been available and in depth and making it simplified I found her to be sincere and honest in all her advise and decisions !
Absolutely the best doctor you could have as I suffered with Covid-19. Always had time for me to answer my many questions. Thank you Dr Schroeder
Saw this doc after having a cough for 2 months. She was able to figure out what was wrong after some specialized blood work. 1 ER and 3 other doctors told me I was fine.
It took some time getting an appointment, but after I was accepted I found the best communication within the office from the front office, the MA, and Dr. Schroeder. Very pacific in instructions, and in her examination. Just wished I could have located her when I first moved the Arizona, I will never change doctor's after coming across Dr. Schroeder.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Schroeder’s for several years. I think she is an excellent physician. She listens to what I say and formulates her course of action based on all available data. Her entire office is friendly and highly professional!
Dr. Schroeder treated me for advanced Valley Fever. I am very grateful for the outstanding care and compassion Dr. Schroeder every time we met. She was extremely diligent in follow up on my case for a full year. This included blood tests one year out to be sure the fever was defeated. Excellent care, answered all my questions and friendly staff. Jeff K
I was referred to Dr. Schroeder by my doctor bc I have been suffering from a virus for months. I left her assistant 4 messages over a week and called her a 5th time and finally got her on the phone. She tells me the doctor doesn't want to take on my case. She wouldn't give me any reason why. I have never encountered such a cold practice ever, and I have been to many doctors.
What a waste of time and a copay. Wasn't interested in doing anything additional to what was already done by my PCP. The exam room was barren, no exam table or equipment. The waiting room was scorching hot and only had a tiny fan to keep the patients comfortable. The staff was friendly and took a comprehensive history but the doctor did nothing with it. Basically just sent me on my way because "I don't know what to do with you." If she wasn't going to help I wouldn't have wasted my money/time.
I'm a nurse at a hospital and was referred to Dr. Schroeder's office by my PCP. When I tried to touch base with Dr. Schroeder's office, Kathy (front desk) kept stating that she had no documentation the referral was sent. In the three times I spoke with Kathy on the phone, she was rude, condescending, was short with me, and she constantly cut me off when I tried to speak. I cancelled my referral because if Kathy is reflection of Dr. Schroeder's office, I don't want to be a patient there.
