I have been a client of Laura Johnson cleaning for over a year now. The service is amazing. Attention to detail is the best, and ownership comes at least once a month to personally verify the job is being done properly. If there are any issues he sends his staff to correct them immediately. This service is particularly important to me and my health as a kidney transplant recipient. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I was not home, but a family informed me the apartment was still not clean. I had called and complained with physical proof of my apartment not being cleaned even after the cleaners had left. First issue I have was being told to not overreact as it is not a big deal to pay money for a service and not get the service I pay for. I then arrive many hours later to take look for myself. I had gotten cleaning services for a close family friend of mine. She had loss an immediate family member. I figured she would be grieving and juggling a lot. I requested cleaning services from Laura Johnson Cleaning! They were very kind and courteous! Provided affordable cleaning and they left her home absolutely perfect! I do plan on using them again in the near future!
