Laura has done a great job as my real estate agent during multiple purchases and sales. She knows the business and keeps me on track with negotiating, necessary repairs and testing/inspections. Further she has many repair specialists for electrical, plumbing, drywall or in my case a contractor to install a new fire door on short notice. Her listing service is excellent and she has an exceptional home detailer and professional photography group that will enhance the look of any home.
Showing our house was such a stressful time to go through. But Laura Halverson was always a text or pc away, and I always knew she was busy, but she never acted like it. She treated me like we were her only clients not only is she very professional and very knowledgeable. She is also a joy to work with.
