I had my first appointment yesterday with Laura. SUCH a good experience! I had multiple things I wanted to discuss, and she handled each thing with patience and all necessary information. Laura also walked me through many future steps, and she took care to make sure I felt good about everything. Her nurse was also AWESOME! Honestly, the vibes were great, and I've never had such a good time at a doctor's appointment before.
Both myself and my 12 yo daughters are patients of Laura. She takes wonderful care of all of us. One of my daughters had to have liquid nitrogen treatments just inside her nose, which is a very sensitive area. Laura explained everything very clearly for my daughter so that she understood the process. She was mindful of how my daughter was tolerating this uncomfortable procedure and gave her breaks when needed. She is thorough, knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. We highly recommend Laura!
