Best gynecologist ever! Dr. Florez is so good at what she does. Not only she is very knowledgeable but she is also very compassionate and kind. Dr. Florez ALWAYS answers her emails SO quickly no matter if it is during the weekend or holidays! I have never had a Doctor who responds to quickly to email and is so helpful and available to her patients. She cares about each and everyone of her patients and you feel it. Simply, the best gynecologist!
My wife had Dr Florez for our first child and Dr Florez was such an amazing partner every step of the way. Through all of the twists and turns that a pregnancy can bring, Dr Florez took her time to explain everything to us and did it in a way that was comforting and knowledgeable.
Dr. Florez is the best!!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. She was also so nice and genuinely cares about her patients, which really shows in the way she listens and communicates. I truly appreciate the level of care!
i’ve been going to Dr. Florez since i was 16 and not once has it crossed my mind to switch doctors, she’s always made me feel safe and comfortable through every process of my appointment, i’m currently pregnant and couldn’t ask for a better OB, she tells you step by step of what’s to come in the pregnancy journey and tells you exactly how to take care of yourself, she answers fairly quick through email, and provides you with the information your asking for. Truly couldn’t ask for a better OB.
I live all the way in Miami Shores and my family thought I was crazy for passing two other hospitals just to drive to Mercy so that Dr. Florez could deliver my baby. I also used to work for another hospital in Miami that if I had gone there I could’ve gotten “special” treatment but it was more important that I had a doctor that I actually trusted.
