I don't feel as though I've been met on a personal level. Dr. Davis makes me feel as though I'm just another patient (paycheck) and that's it. Future patients, find a doctor that makes you feel appreciative and look at your personal needs versus a paycheck.
My teenage age child is the patient. I've personally had very little contact with Dr Davis during the period my child has worn braces. She goes in and unless I request to speak with Dr Davis, she returns without anyone asking for me or volunteering much information. I ask my child what they have shared and she typically has little information to share with me. I constantly reinforce to her that she has to ask more questions. I don't know what the expectation should be but I'm disappointed.
