Every time i come here i get treated well and i always have fun.
My daughter has been going here for two years, we have never been late or missed a payment she was sick and unable to make her appointment once again she has never been late or missed an appointment until this point we were slammed with a, $35 late cancelation fee and can't get an appointment for another two months. By the way I am on my schedule last payment. Poor customer service. All the receptionist could do was apologize over and over again. I would not recommend this office.
Once they get your money the professionalism goes out of the door. They don't return phone calls. There was an overpayment, no reimbursement to the insurance company nor a credit to my account . The same bracket keeps coming off. No one has told me when it will be replaced. They don't keep you informed on updates of child's progress unless you ask. Some of the staff are nice / some rude. Spend your money elsewhere!
The orthodontic treatment and services that I received from Dr. Davis and staff was very professional. She provided me with a detail explanation of the process and expectation of the treatment. The few concerns that I had were considered and addressed to my satisfaction. Currently, I have been wearing my retainers a little over a year without any issues. And I am very pleased with the progress and outcome.
