I had a very disappointing experience working with Laura Cochran. After being outbid on a property, she appeared to go out of her way to interfere with the sale process. She contacted town inspectors, resulting in excessive inspections clearly aimed at disrupting the transaction. We closed a tough rehab in Leisure Village near my target price. Laura and Lauren were put through the steps and did a good overall job. I was remote in another state the entire time. She came up with generally good contractors, especially considering the general quality and greed of the location. We hit a few bad apples along the way but I take ownership for some of that as well.
