After having a very long-waiting appointment, Dr laura ordered lots kf test that we did promptly for my son weeks ago. She said she will call me for the results and way forward, instead of being called for the results, I was called for postponing the already very far second appointment to be from Dec 4 to Dec 7 for her unavailability. Till the moment she did not call for the results and my son keeps complaining of his symptoms. Please I expect her call ASAP as my son is seriously complaining

Dr. Chalmers…the doctor on call. Absolutely terrible. So rude and condescending. No help whatsoever when I was in a panic as to how to best help my son when we couldn’t find his Omnipod receiver. It was a weekend and she was on call, so I guess we were a terrible inconvenience….and she definitely let us feel like that, along with making us feel like we were just plain dumb.
