Fantastic! Dr helfner is helpful and caring, highly reccommmend seeing her.
Dr Helfner is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. She is kind, very personable and really cares about her patients, She takes time to listen and does not rush you during your appointment. I highly recommend Dr Helfner. The office staff and nurses are extremely courtesy as well.

Dr. Helfner was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and offered me solutions to my problems. Wait times were short, and all the staff were courteous.
My child had a reaction to hazelnuts. Dr. Helfner took the time to truly understand what happened. She sat with us and discussed the next steps thoroughly. She was kind, considerate, and so caring. I cannot wait to see her for our follow up. She was great!
Today was my first visit to Dr Helfner's office. Her staff was excellent. They explained everything in detail from the minute you walked in and had to sign in to the same treatment you had on the way out. I felt I had a slightly unusual story to tell to explain why I was coming to Dr Helfner and not only did the nurse listen intently but Dr Helfner certainly listened, sympathized and has come up with a plan to help me. The office staff were very polite & helpful. Dr Helfner was great, wonderful bedside manner, I didn’t feel rushed at all & she answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her.
