Laura and team helped me prepare my home in Burlingame for renting, and were there again when I was ready to sell. We agreed on a strategy, and her expert team went to work. The home was posted for preview, then for sale, and show. We had over 50 views within a week, 20 requesting details, and 3 solid offers. We accepted an offer over asking and market in less than 10 days, and escrow closed in 30 days. Everyone won, including the buyer. Her attitude, integrity, and team impressed me most of all.

Laura was really professional and very helpful throughout the process. She helped us find our dream home. She did proper diligence to make sure our house didn’t have any structural or other issues and thankfully prevented us from buying homes that we liked but had undisclosed issues. We are currently working with her for selling our old home and surely would work with her in future projects.
Laura and her team were amazing from start to finish in leasing our house. Every aspect of preparing the house was professionally executed (e.g. needed repairs, additional staging, photographs, site development etc.). Documenting the lease and incorporating changes was done expeditiously. As a result we were able to lease the house in record time (a few weeks) without ever having to put up a "For Lease" sign.
