Paid $2,260 for laser hair removal and received incomplete service. Other negative reviews with details seem to have mysteriously disappeared. Time and money wasted — would not recommend.

Laura, will you be responding to the updated reviews from S.A., S., and Lailoma? Each one includes a detailed follow-up to your previous dismissive reply. You blocked and ignored them, then sent a final email saying no refund or resolution would be offered. Stop telling them to email you privately — respond publicly and take accountability. UPDATE–RESPONSE TO LAURA’S REPLY TO CLIENT “S. A.” Nothing was resolved. When I respectfully asked for a fair resolution, I was blocked on Instagram and ignored over multiple messages. I received no refund, no corrective sessions, and no accountability. I was left with burns, poor results, and treatment that was rushed and dismissive.
