Staff was extremely friendly, however she was dismissive and aggressive during my visit, I had a couple questions and she would looked extremely annoyed when answering. I had a few questions regarding medical terminology while she would answer my questions, she would mimic the body parts and aggressively point at the neck and shoulder. All while turning red at the face. I felt unwanted.
Very difficult to give this professional more than 1 star. She totally blew out my long standing appointment with her this morning. I had no call, message or email that she was cancelling. Came back to Scottsdale early for this and made the appointment on time. Totally unprofessional.
Dr. Vogel and her staff at the 5002 S. Mill, Tempe office were awesome! There was a mix up on confirming a last minute appointment before my Alaska Cruise the next day and they squeezed me in anyway with X-rays, an examination/consultation and RX for my painful shoulder injury. Can’t say enough praises for this level of caring service.
I absolutely love this amazing woman!!! I was directly referred to her 4 years ago from another hip surgeon. The reason being is because I am a part of the 1% of the world who suffers from bi lateral hip displasia. I was referred to Dr Vogel because Dr. Vogel specializes in hip displasia surgery. Well, at first I had my right hip looked at and the femeral bone was impinging on a nerve. She directly brought me into a genuine surgery which was shaving down the bone within my left hip.
