I have been seeing Dr. Butterwick for 4 years and each time I see her I am taken back within 10 minutes even when I arrive early or late. When she comes in to see me she listens to all of my concerns and gives me all of the information I need to fix my problem or find out whats wrong.
Office staff is completely incompetent. They never answer the phones you always have to leave a message which then takes them forever to call you back. I have gone to Dr. Butterwick for years never having an issue and was completely disappointed/blindsided at a recent occrance where she allowed her staff to treat me with complete disrespect. I will be re evaluating my options and probably placing my care with an office that cares more about their patients.
3 years ago my insurance forced me to switch Dr's, I was really upset! Last thing I wanted was to go through all of my personal info with someone else I didn't know. I love Dr. Butterwick! She is one of the greats!!! She spends time discussing, explaining, listening - she listens!!!! She has a great disposition and all around really beautiful person. I never have an issue with with Kelly. She always calls back and is always very helpful. Great group of professionals!
While I agree that it can be frustrating when you can't leave a message, I disagree vehemently about Kelly! She's helpful and understanding and has helped my family countless times! All four of us see Dr. Butterwick and appreciate all that she and Kelly do for us!
Dr Butterwick is very personable. She spends time with her patients and appears to genuinely care about them. I would highly recommend Dr Butterwick. I have also found her staff to be very helpful and responsive to my needs.
Pros: Dr. Laura Butterwick is the best, kind and courteous Hardly ever a long wait Really great office experience Cons: Don't let the scheduler, Kelly, deter your experience?the way she comes off to patients is a little harsh. Can't leave a message outside of business hours Business hours are not stated when calling outside of business hours.
