Dr. Butterwick is a great doctor! Compassionate, attentive, professional. She always answers all questions and explains well. Her office staff always gets back, but you have to leave a message - there is no option to talk with them immediately.
Professional, polite, always helpful, all employees are compassionate & kind. Dr. Butterwick is one of a kind ~ calm demeanor, explains everything well, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
I have been a patient of Dr Butterwick for 25 years. I sent my whole family. Now it’s virtually impossible to get an appointment with her. Her office staff controls everything and even tries to diagnose over the phone. When I called about post covid hearing issues, Karen told me it was probably permanent. Karen also fired my husband because he hadn’t been to see her for 4 years (hello, covid?) Kelly is rude and won’t ever let you get a sick visit.
Dr. Butterwick takes care of three generations of my family. She is the most amazing person and doctor. I am so thankful for her.
I have been with Dr. Butterwick for 20 years. I started seeing her when I was 19 and now I am almost 40. Since having her as my GP- one word comes to mind-gratitude.She has always taken the time to listen and approaches medicine from a 360 degree lens. I absolutely love Dr. Butterwick! She has been my GP for at least 20 years. She takes as much time as you need and I am always greeted with a big smile and no topic is off the table to talk about. I feel comfortable asking my questions and always leave with all my questions answered. When I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, Dr. Butterwick explained everything so well to me. Dr. Butterwick has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She used to be less than one mile from my house and she moved almost 20 miles away. I went with her. She is very caring and honest. Answers all your questions and Kelly always, always gets back to you before the end of the day or sooner. I would never have another doctor
She is patient and kind...she listens...she asks about you and your family...she does not rush the appointment and she takes immediate action if needed. She is wonderful!!!! Would highly recommend her to everyone!
