Happy to discover this 24/7 service. Super convenient, easy prompts at the kiosk, and perfect to not have to be limited by a conventional cleaners hours when you have a full work schedule.
This was such a simple experience - I love it! Put some contact info in a keypad, drop your clothes in a bag, add the number to the keypad - very quick. Texted me when it was done. All with 24 hour access. And my clothes look great!!
HORRIBLE SYSTEM Dropped off my clothing and followed all the directions on the screen. Was prompted if I needed more time and I had put my clothing in the drop shoot so I said no. Apparently that was not the right answer and it lead to my clothing not being associated with my account. I immediately called to correct this error and they said they had my clothing attached to my account and everything was fine. The quality has plummeted my brooks brothers dress shirt collars are folded down no collar supports. 3x now I picked up shirts with stains on the collars had to put it back in. They are way too inconsistent with premium clothes to trust. Don't use this service with nice clothes they even put a hole in a $200 shirt. Stay away!!!!
