Wonderful place to bathe your pet. Towels, shampoo available and blow dryers. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.
There is not where else I would take my dog...NO WHERE

I have a Great Dane who hates getting his nails trimmed and grinded. They have been nothing short than angels. The time and care given is unmatched. This is the only place I'd go.
I starting going here earlier this year and they have so far been amazing! When I leave my dogs for boarding the staff is always happy to keep me updating in how my boys are doing. Every time I go in they remember them, and both my babies love them! Would definitely keep going here even tho it's about a 30 Minute drive from my house it is my absolute favorite!
Great service in the past, they changed ownership recently. Today's service experience was the worst I have ever received from any company. They attached the wrong collar and called me to come back and exchange only to blame me and offer no remedy. They continued to criticize me and escalate to screaming at me and I was totally at fault for them attaching the wrong collar. Sorry for the experience you had today but we wish you the best in finding a groomer that will fit your needs. We find it disrespectful when things are thrown at us and called nasty names. Everyone makes mistakes and we apologized plenty of times but like you said that's not what you heard. We were a little nervous to drop our pup off since we had just gotten him. All of the employees were so kind and patient. Our fella came home a new man. He smelled great, his nails were trimmed and I think he even got his teeth brushed. We were so pleased with our whole experience and will definitely go back again! �
