I have been a member of Launch Federal CU (formerly Kennedy Space Coast FCU) since 1997 and have loved the experience of personal service every time I have visited. I had a car loan with them several years ago (and plan to have another one soon) and it was a very good experience. I recommend them to anyone who is considering becoming a member.
OK . I have locked my account a couple of times and the only way to unlock it is taking to a person over the phone . The business hours are the worst and when you need help and the branch is already closed there is no one to help you on the phone , because the bank is close. Call center help should be 24/7 that will improve your customer service by 99% and you will have more happy customers. I just wish I can get help get you ever need it.
