Terrible service, unbelievable horrible rude staff. The staff need customer service training.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD .. they send us a bill for a missing copay which I don’t understand ; they have a big SIGN all Copayments are due before you go in .. we paid them cash , but they denied that .. all staff need to take a human relation class including the doctor .. very poor customer service since the beginning , the doc and all staff make fun of their patients instead of helping them ,, and the doctor gave us a misdiagnosis He should have more love for all those seniors that are helping his office to k... read more
I called in because there was a problem with the insurance company not being able to send in the required papers and she said she would not help me fix the problem because the insurance company are always making the same mistake,I was floored,the woman who I was talking to should be ashamed of her self and badly needs some extra training
Nurse had lots of info about test and options to move on.
