bought a carved tusk for septum it tooks weeks to turn up and the thing that did turn up looks no thing like the tusk advertised and no carving. Iv tried to message company and no response It cost me £15 import charge as they estimated the tusk at £50 very disappointed In this company
I have only used their online store, but shipping is very fast. I recently made an order and an old address was auto populated by my phone that I didnt catch until after the order was placed. After sending an email the address was fixed within minutes.
