RecommendedExcellent customer service, prompt, professional, and easy to work with. My husband and I ordered the FortNite themed bounce house and slide for our son’s 12th birthday. It exceeded our expectation. It was clean, well put together and was a hit at the party our son loved it. Thank you for helping us create some great memories.
We rented from them for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. They called and asked to deliver it around 2:00 on Friday (the day before the party). My husband informed them that we would not be home until about 4:00. They delivered it anyway without us being at home. The equipment was dirty- there was mud build up inside of the bouncy house. We have always used Laugh n leap for pretty much every occasion. This time I was a bit disappointed . The inflatable that we had was full of small twigs, tree debris, dirt and grass before water was hooked up. It appeared that maybe it was just pulled straight from storage and was never cleaned. There were SEVERAL big, creepy, dead(thankfully)spiders and bugs that were inside the inflatable. We actually had to clean it out really good before we even got to use it. Our event… See more
Wonderful experience. Cleaned and set up the day before and my kids enjoyed it until they picked it up, 30 minutes after the expected time of pick up. We would rent again!
Incredible experience!! Johnny and Casey were both awesome when they came to set up and pick up our slide! If you have older kids and want to have a blast you have to try the Tropical Storm water slide! Our son's birthday was so awesome! We will definitely be booking again next year! Leap N Laugh is the way to go! A huge thank you to Rob and Mary also! You made this birthday so memorable!
I DO JOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Not only did they leave the bounce house/waterslide at my home for a full week which completely ruined my grass. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I was told by the owner that it is my fault that they "FORGOT" their product at my home. They left it here from September 5th-September12th. I will NEVER do business with this company again. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Horrible experience and very unprofessional! You don’t tell people they have to remind you to pick up THEIR merchandise! When you have a contract honor it! Won’t be using this service
They are unprofessional and the worst the owner Robert shouldn't even own a business.... No one in my family will never do business with them again!!!!!
