Head mechanic Miguel is the best of the best. I will say since the very beginning Lauderdale Cyclery has been very focused and dedicated to road. Insist that Miguel the the mechanic that does the work on your bike next time your thinking of bringing your bike in for service.
Every time I have entered the Lauderdale Cyclery I have been greeted by friendly and attentive staff. Jennifer has always provided excellent recommendations and she was very patient when answering questions I had about the condition of my bike when I brought it in for a tune up. I was extremely impressed with Lauderdale Cyclery when I attended their free Woman's Tire Changing Clinic this past fall.
Very bad experience. The girl doesn't know how to provide the store's policies. I didn't feel being treated a potencial costumer who wants to quote bikes for family. I was planning to buy three. I went to another store, where I was very well assisted and gave my money to them.
Best spot down here, come here and love it!!! Best crew you could ask for!!!!
Arrived yesterday near closing time. Sorry!! Jennifer told us to take our time and look around. She helped my try a couple of bikes that would be right. She would have let me ride all the bikes I wanted to, but the Electra Townie was an easy choice for me. No rushing us out, answered all of our questions. Even stayed a little after closing time (thank you). Who does that these days? We also take our son's BMX bikes here for service. Hands down the best shop. Thank you Lauderdale Cyclery! See you soon :)
