This was my fiancé and I's first stay at L'auberge in Baton Rouge and it will more than likely be our last as well. Hotel customer service was nonexistent. From valet, to front desk, to housekeeping. With the exception of the bell attendant. Upon arrival our room was not ready. Which is understandable, but we were told that we would be notified when it would be ready. Rooms were booked for my Anniversary. Stayed abt 10 min. Away. Love the casino. The buffet was Great.
