I came in from Clinton La there was no host. I was trying to plan my Daugther 21 bday there and I asked a employee and she just looked at me so my husband ask her again she walked off saying she would find out for us so we waited for a 1hr for her to come back and tell us about how events are ran but nothing. So we started walking around to see if we can find help and nothing no help no customer service.
