Me and some of my friends went there a couple nights ago and we overhead the manager of the waitresses being so rude.The waitresses were so sweet each time I've went there but the way their boss spoke to one of them made me extremely mad.I even asked a waitress for her bosses name and she said is something wrong ma'am? I replied, yes honey but it's not you.His name was tylor or tyler. I recently stayed at the L'Auberge Casino and Hotel in Baton Rouge, LA. It was my daughters 21st birthday and that is the celebration she chose. She had a blast until she lost her wallet. The staff was excellent as they worked tirelessly to help her. as she was enjoying the rest of her stay she was surprised with a tap on her shoulder from security, not sure if I should mention his name but he was a complete professional while being the kindest comfort to my daughter. I like how having a government ID isn't good enough to get into just the buffet. Thanks for being rude about it to me as well and embarrassing my friends. I don't believe I'll be returning.

Stopped by a couple weeks ago for the first and last time. Stayed in a suite it was dirtier than motel. Went to the casino to try my luck and during those hours never received a drink. That is unacceptable. Love the one in Lake Charles. Will never return to this one.

Does not honor Government I.D. if you are from out of Country. My friend was just kicked out. They were very rude about it.
