Of course as always love playing the slot machine 🎰 meeting people and most of all eating there.
On a positive note, their decor is very nice. Other than that, very rude security guards. I was accused of having a fake ID and had to show my concealed carry permit to prove I was actually myself and over 21 (which I am). The guys that were with us weren’t even carded.
$10 coffee, kid not allowed in the pool, service slow at restaurant, im not allowed to browse at casino with my kid, construction, extra fee to check out at 1pm, extra sales and use tax for check out fee, fee happy
Stayed here with my husband and grandfather(2 separate rooms) on 11/18 on our way to FL from TX. Went down to the casino around 9am until grandfather woke up. Did not check out of my room and had the do not disturb light on. Came back up to my room around 10 to gather our things, and someone had come in our room, stripped the sheets, and stole whatever belongings we had left in our room(while still checked in with DND light on mind you). Luv this place nice rooms, great food, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s always nice when the machines pay out!
I came in on Halloween night and there was an employee (I think her name was Lyric) dressed up as an Asian person. There should have been a briefing before the holiday & the managers should not have allowed her to work dressed up as an Asian person. It’s 2020. If you have any kind of sense, you would know that dressing up as another ethnicity is WRONG. This is the same as black facing. We don’t dress up as Black, Asian, or Native American people. We used the room comps for Sunday until tomorrow and the customers have been more of a problem than the actual place. The first night, while standing on the balcony, we watched a young lady walk out to the parking area and literally walking around aimlessly.
