Horrible Realty company - They do not care about their tenants. They never get back to us tenants and think it's cute to ignore us!! The neglect in our buildings is unprecedented. Fires! - Multiple Fires! Electrical Fires. Floods. Pipes bursting. The roof is leaking. Not to mention the rat problems we had. The garbage is a wild wild west for drug dealers and drug users. No super stays beyond 2 years, because it's that bad. The owners and management make sure things are "up to code" in their eyes, but will cover up any neglec... read more

Horrible service, called this company for an hour to speak to the agent named David. Finally when I got through and I quote (I said I was calling about a unit that I saw yesterday on*address* and needed more details about the income requirements) to his response the unit was not on the market as yet and asked who showed it to me , I explained that it was through an agent however their not clear on what is the income restrictions and which I'd assume that the managing company would know or have any idea given that theres alre... read more
Nothing but great things to say about this company. The service and responsiveness from them is always top notch. I've recommended them to my friends and family and encourage anyone looking for an apartment to do the same.
In an industry with such a poor reputation, these guys get it. Seamless application and move-in process. Apartment was clean and has been everything that was promised upfront. They are responsive when needed and stay out of my way otherwise, as it should be.
