Doctor Lau is one of the most conscientious and courteous dentists I have ever gone to. He is always very careful and gentle with his procedures. I am very impressed with his service. He is one of the only dentists who actually cleans his patients teeth himself.

Dr Lau's office is the most pleasant office I have ever dealt with. Everyone you come in contact with is extremely nice to deal with. Dr Lau is gentle and explains everything and answers any questions. I would recommend his office and do recommend his office to everyone. I go to him and my son and daughter do. I even brought my Dad years ago for false teeth and my Dad was very happy with the service he received.

I've been going there for years and they've only ever told me about two cavities that they were "watching." I went to get one filled last week and they ended up drilling three teeth without my permission and then told me about 3 more cavities. They then tried to cover up what they did by saying they knew all along. Dr. Lau told me something different from his main assistant. He said my teeth had to be filled and she said I could go 20 years without filling them. It was a horrible experience and I now am feeling severe pain in my jaw and it hurts to open it.

Wonderful, calm, professional. Did several crowns and all my twice-yearly checkups. Beautiful, quiet office. Great staff. Highly recomended!

Dr. Lau and his staff are very pleasant. They truly care about there patients. I always have a good experience in his office. I would reccomend him to anyone.
