Lau is difficult to work with and doesn't send consistent teams to clean. They always seem to miss areas that are common and she doesn't do well with any feedback you give her. When I finally decided to part ways - she was very nasty even though I wished her well several times and tried to end our conversation. She continued to text me over and over again to the point of needing to block her. She doesn't take rejection very well.
We have been using this service for several weeks now and we could not be happier. Julia is who comes regularly to our home, and she commands her team very efficiently. The attention to detail is wonderful. Thank you guys so very much!
We’re a cleaning company, and we don’t usually work on Sundays, so we got an important request from a young man whose wife had already delivered a baby the day before and they needed the house before the baby gets home from the hospital. We contacted Lau, who was very kind and professional in all of what they do. Also, Silvia and Guilherme the cleaners, the best cleaners. Thank you so much for this experience!!!
