A price was quoted over the phone for my balayage but the actual price I was charged was much, much higher, the highest I have paid to date, equivalent to Yorkville prices despite this being a random mall salon. Plus, the customer service was poor and bizarre, with the hair stylist having a condescending and impatient attitude. Definitely not going back.
I have been coming to the salon for over 7 years. Tina has always been my stylist and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Everything from my weekly blow dry to haircuts, root touch up and highlights, I always leave happy. Front desk staff and assistant extremely efficient, polite and helpful.
Very unprofessional, the worst service i ever had and the worst experience My child had a simple hair cat there, rude personel, very dirty place with never cleaned between clients equipment They attempted to use brush very dirty and full of someones hair, never cleaned and sanitized. When i refused, they told me it is their cleanest brush. When i looked on their table, horror, it was true, all hair brushes are disaster dirty. They made everything making me never ever return there.
dont go, they are so overpriced
Had a terrible experience. I booked a appt with the hair dresser assistant. I had a bad knot in back of my head. I'm dealing with serious health issues, so im in bed alot. So this was the cause. It's hard to communicate because she does not speak or understand English that well. But she is kind. She left me at the sink, & walked away.
