Have been a client of Talya’s for years - she’s an expert for blondes and sharp bobs!
Not recommended. I went for basic blowout and when the stylist started it seemed okay, however after using the blowdryer she started using a flat iron which took away any/all volume. I’ve never had a blow out done like this, and needless to say the next day my hair was as if I washed it and just left it. I called the salon and the receptionist advised me that re-dos are in 24hrs only, however I was leaving out of town for a wedding so could not come back downtown to do my hair. Would not recommend this salon at all! The lady that did my hair was super rude. I went in to get my hair toned and asked how much it was, I was told $80 when I got to cash the lady suddenly changed the price to $140. I asked about it and she said you asked for toner formula styling it’s extra. That was a BS answer. She should’ve been upfront ahout the price instead of trying to manipulate the situation. I also left with my hair looking exactly the same as when I entered so really it was a waste of money and I feel frustrate... read more
