unresponsive maintenance, will leave you without AC, in an 84 degree home for multiple nights in a row. very inaccessible for emergency maintenance requests or trying to reach management at all.
I visited the apartment and had a virtual tour that was extremely confusing with too many steps to just view an apartment. The townhome is perfect with latest appliances, tons of storage and excellent layout. The enclosed backyard was just what we were looking for. Trouble started when I wanted to apply and talk to a human. This organization is the best example for corporate greed and AI slop. This is a wonderful community. The staff truly care about their tenants! I love their professionalism. The maintenance personnel gives top tier service, and is very efficient. It is a welcoming community, very clean and most importantly peaceful. If you're looking for a new home, look no further!
