Horrible experience trying to lease an apartment here, they advertise the price as $2299 with 2 months free, but NONE of the units are actually this price it was $2500 and up! Plus the amenity fees, so closer to $600-$700 total a month so beware of that. Then they charge upfront $400 just to apply. I have PERFECT rental history no evictions EVER not even 1 late payment on my rent and I currently live in a luxury apartment.
