Remote Chloe is an excellent worker and deserves free lunch! She heard me, understood my situation and is making all efforts to continuously help me.
I’ve had an overall good experience living at The Ivy. Maintenance has been responsive, and I’ve never had any major issues. There is room for improvement, especially when it comes to helping residents with room assignments, but overall it has been a good place to live.
We had the privilege of having Kithia walk us through the entire application process. We admire and appreciate her pleasant attitude and helpful spirit. She even offered words of encouragement to us which was very edifying. If L’attitude was personified, it would be Kithia. unresponsive maintenance, will leave you without AC, in an 84 degree home for multiple nights in a row. very inaccessible for emergency maintenance requests or trying to reach management at all.
