This level of personalized service is rare in today's market! Justine and the whole Lattimer team were incredible to work with and made the process of selling our property so simple. A few key words to describe them would be: knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and reliable. They were there for every step of the sale, gave great advice and even helped out with some last minute issues. I wish I had more houses for them to sell!
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Jeff, Patrese and Justine are the best. Got us well above asking and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Lattimer Realty (Jeff, Patrese and Justine) if you are looking to buy or sell a property.
