Angel came on time, introduced himself and proceeded to inspect our furnace and air conditioner system. He found several problems with our less than 5 year old system. The main problem: the system is pumping some of the carbon monoxide that is supposed to be exhausted into our home, which means the heat exchanger has failed. I think Angel has probably saved our lives! Had them come out last year to clean our ducts. We had spoken with a tech about a media cabinet being put in before they'd left. After the tech left we realized they has not cleaned more than one floor duct, I let the company know and they told us they could correct it at the time of coming out to put in a media cabinet. Afterwards they did make several to calls to us to put in a media cabinet, but did not ever offer to come out and correct what was missed without making more money off us.
